Sample division and mixing are carried out by centrifugal action of motor driven, revolving neoprene disc positioned under hopper. Smooth inside finish virtually eliminates any of the sample sticking to inner surfaces.  

The sample falls from the hopper on to the revolving disc and evenly splits into two smaller samples. All wearing parts are made of brass & body of high finish stainless steel, base of painted cast iron.  Hopper and cylinder top lift off together providing easy access to inner parts for cleaning.

Carton No. 2: Dimensions: 47 x 42 x 36 cm Net Weight: 5 Kg Gross Weight: 12 Kg PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION When a grain sample falls from the hopper over the neoprene disc revolving at a speed of  8000 rpm, the grains are dispersed by the disc from centrifugal force towards the finished inner walls of the cylindrical body which allows the grains to fall through the spout. Samples are divided into two equal parts. DISCHARGE OUTLETS & OUTER BODY

The outer body has cylindrical shape, and is made of stainless steel, which does not allow the samples to stick on the inner surface. The discharge outlets are detachable, and made of stainless steel. Inside the cylindrical body is a motor with a neoprene disc. The disc is mounted on the shaft of the motor under the hopper. The motor used in the divider is of single phase, 80 watt, 8000 rpm, AC supply. HOPPER & TOP LIFT

The hopper is made of Stainless steel, with a capacity of 2000 gms (based on wheat). It is designed in such a way that the walls do not create any resistance in the motion of the grains. The hopper top lift, is made detachable for access to interior parts for cleaning and adjustments.
