Small and economical hammer grinding mill for milling small quantities of product for laboratory testing.

Designed for the milling of a great variety of solid, soft, or semi-hard materials such as cereals, spices, seeds, land, etc.

Feeding is via vertical input which allow products with a particle size range of + or – 15 mm.

Quick release door with safety micro-sensor which is activated when the rotor and blades are in operation.

It comprises of three long-lasting blades manufactured from stainless steel, and an interchangeable screen with round perforations from 1 to 5 mm of diameter.

Frontal and loading hopper manufactured from mirror-polished AISI-304 stainless steel.

Designed for laboratories in the food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and ceramics industries.

The drum, together with the anti-wear stainless steel blades, allow the fast milling of a multitude of semi-hard and hard products with an input particle size of + or - 20 mm.

The screens have round perforations, ranging from Ø 0.5 to 5 mm. The screen is easily changed, which optimizes the equipment preparation time.

The ring gear and hammers are manufactured from AISI-431 stainless steel tempered. It incorporates a frequency converter which allows the starting and stopping of the motor without sudden movements.
