The Seed Counter is designed for tabletop use. The machine consists of two electromagnets, coupled with spring action, to cause the seed on the spiral pan to move in a clockwise direction. The speed of vibrations can be controlled automatically by the  UP/DOWN keys on the keypad. The Pan consists of a screw arrangement for adjusting the feed of the seeds in to a single row for counting. The aligned seeds are dropped into the chute. An opto‐electronic sensor detects the seeds, which are then collected in a storage box.

The seed counter vibrations has a soft start and soft stop feature, for accurate counting. The soft  start function is automatic, and the soft stop function is programmed by the user.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The QAQC Seed Counter works on the principle of electromagnetic vibrations and opto‐electronics.

The seed is fed into the counting chamber, and interrupts the optical beam to count the seeds.

QAQC VACUUM SEED COUNTERS are ideal for the seed testing and research laboratories; quick and  accurate counting of seeds.

Capable of counting wheat, paddy, mustard, pearl millet, sorghum, black gram, green gram, lentil, red gram, finger millet, etc. 

The seeds stick on the holes of the head. The head is fitted to the handle of the hose. The head has 50/100 holes, on which seeds are sucked through vacuum. The  seeds may be released from head after vacuum release.

Holes of different sizes of head are available, depending on the seed size, you may choose specific  head. Thus, different sizes of seed can be counted. It has the facility suck 50/100 seeds at a time and further used for germination potential of these seeds.
