Highly visible blue Scoops are a firm favorite with food and pharmaceutical companies. The scoops have a special food grade blue dye to them their distinctive, highly visible blue color. This means they can be easily seen should they be left in the powder (in line with HACCP guidelines). Red pharmaceutical scoops offer all the features of our classic white Scoops, but they are a highly visible red color. We use a special food grade red dye to color the scoops. Brightly colored scoops are especially visible if they are left in light colored powders.
