The QAQC Rotary Sample Divider is a sample quantity reduction device, used before physical or chemical analysis of dry powders in the laboratory.  This equipment can automatically, quickly and effectively divide the samples into 1 up to 50 portions; each portion has the same representation of the original sample. 

It consists of control panel, vibration feeder, sample collector and sample cleaning device, etc.

Apparatus

Rotating sample divider consists of the following major parts: control panel, vibration feeder, sample receiver and sample cleaning device, etc. 

The control panel consists of a vibration feeder panel and receiver sample panel. 

The vibration feeder panel consists of vibration feeder power switch and the vibrating feeder amplitude speed control knob. Sample receiver panel consists of power switch and high, medium and low key of rotation speed as well as stepless adjustable plus and minus key. Vibration feeder consists of vibrating base and sample pool. Sample receiver consists of composite funnel, tube clip, and six or eight tubes. The sample cleaning device consists of holder and cleaning brush. Features

The rotary sample divider is a type of sample spinner or sample divider, that uses frequency controlled rotary motor, and vibration-controlled hopper, to optimize the sample dividing. Results are superior to the traditional manual splitter method, and has been widely used in lab powder analysis applications, especially with particle size analyzers. It has become the most frequently used representative sampling method, in many industries.
