The SmartGlide is specially developed for sampling dusts, powders and granulates in down pipes. The sampler is used for free flowing solids with particle sizes between 1 nm and 10 mm, and is characterized by its' uncomplicated installation and reliable functionality.
The samples are representative and reproducible. In the pneumatic version and with appropriate control, time-, volume- or event-proportional sampling can be realized. Only suitable for free-flowing, free-flowing bulk materials with grain sizes between 1 nm and 10 mm.

Mounting and installation For the of the SmartGlide, a mounting location is selected at which the product is in free fall. Stowing product or a product column is not permitted.
The supplied TC flange DN80 or DN125 is welded into the wall of the pipe or chute according. The sampler is attached to it with a triclamp. Optionally, a sample collection system (bottle adaptor or bag holder) is connected to the outlet. Actuation
